Clear skies, cold nights
What a glorious morning to visit friends who have moved to a beautiful new home.
Downsizing can be quite a good idea but not with our menagerie! Our friends have moved just minutes away from the bird and wildlife reserve of Paxton Pits. We took the opportunity of a walk and bird viewing from some of the hides.
Early morning sunlight on goats
On the way to Tai Chi in St Neots I usually pick up some shopping. For some reason I got it into my head
that I wanted to make a mushroom pate. When I stopped at Aldi I found some good looking mushrooms on special offer. Was it a sign? I also needed some walnuts and I had some of those at home. The vegan recipe stated just 9 ingredients. I cut that down to 7 and tweaked them.
I’m going to make this again and will play around with the ingredients.
