I am now allowed my own nightshirt and they go well with the compression socks ( that help to prevent deep vein thrombosis).

I would like to say that I can’t wait to get back to The Gables but right now I just want the reassurance of being surrounded by doctors and nurses and physios.
You look good Gill. Hope day 2 isn’t too difficult!! Lots of love xx

I seem to recall having morphine for longer than 24 hours. Being pain free took years off and visitors kept saying how well I looked. Of course, I was not posting selfies at the time. I think that is very brave! Luv Em xx
New Hips nothing is going to stop you now 🙂 Carry on resting and taking it easy and hope your back at your wonderful home soon with your wonderful hubby looking after you by your side xx Sammy and Richard xx
Wishing you strength, of which I know you have plenty, even if this type hasn’t been tested in this way before. Xx
