So what shall we do Post brexit? Most of the nurses are Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, one from Tanzania, one of the physios is Australian and the ward sister is South African. I learn from the television ( yes one watches plenty of tv in hospital)that it is becoming more and more difficult to find care staff for the elderly. So what will we do if we shut the door on workers from abroad? I think I will just shut my eyes and go to sleep.
