Although my friend and neighbour often sees long tailed tits in her garden I have only once before seen them here at The Gables and then only fleetingly.  This morning as I went downstairs and looked out of the window into the garden, I was thrilled to see several of these small, shy birds eating peanuts from the feeder outside the kitchen window.  Please become regular visitors.
