On our afternoon walk we came across two pairs of mallards on two separate ponds . They look just like the duck and drake that are swimming on our goose pond











Down at the pond the mallard is swimming unbothered by the large geese


Today I’m giving a talk about my book “Jews Milk Goats”
This is the setting for the weekly Rotary Club meetings
They are a delightful bunch of mostly retired, charitable folk. It was lovely to meet them and talk and answer questions. Afterwards I drive to the marina (just behind the golf club) and admired the boats and the weather
