Something new – and quite unusual

During the weekly village Wednesday Walk I was introduced to a new food – chilli jam. A fellow walker mentioned that she had eaten this with scones and cheese on a recent visit to a cafe.

We have hundreds of home grown chilli’s in the freezer. I also had home made apple cider vinegar in the cupboard

So why not give it a go?
