Inventive Pesach cookery

Garden rhubarb

Sunflower oil, caster sugar, Pesach cake matzo meal, fine matzo meal plus eggs

Bake for an hour and (dare I say) pretty darned delicious

Cauliflower cooked and mashed mixed with ground almonds, fine Matzo meal, sautéed garlic and onion and four eggs. Going into the oven in a minute
