A morning picking vegetables and using stored squashs, onions and garlic

Layered red and green peppers picked in the greenhouse and onions from the onion barn in a diluted vinegar sugar and salt solution
Prepping red khuri squash and butternut squash
Sautéing chilli’s and onion and garlic with cumin and turmeric
Add the squashes and some diced tromboncino
Add a tin of drained cannellini beans at the end when all the veg are soft

I’ll cook some rice later and we will pick some runner beans to eat with the curry and rice.
