And now it’s only girl goats at The Gables

The place is an animal sanctuary that takes in and cares for goats, sheep, cows and assorted birds.

In the goat area there is a big shelter for when it rains and toys and climbing frames suitable for goats. The staff (mostly volunteers) are lovely and Uno is a lucky boy. We will miss him.

(If you wonder why the boys had to go it’s because they were getting to be teenagers and rather frisky. Not a good idea to mate mothers and sons or half sisters with their half brothers!)
