The gang of three, the two and the one

These three ducks (2 female and 1 male) escape from the pond enclosure every day

We can’t work out how they do it?

The two goslings are nearly as big as their surrogate hen mother
They’re just a fortnight old

And the one? That’s me. I gave a zoom talk about The Gables, this morning, to a really delightful group of people who asked a range of interesting questions. I hope they enjoyed the session as much as I did.

Now I’m having a breather before doing more cooking and getting the house back to rights now that all the visitors have gone home.
