A country walk with cousins, a recently uncovered tomb and a question to anyone who can answer
Newly uncovered in St Denys Church I keep seeing this on hedges snd trees and underneath the gossamer threads the trees and hedges are leafless, possibly dead. What is it?

Looks like Spanish Moss Gill. There’s a lot of it in Florida. Makes the trees there look very creepy and has a ghost-like quality xx
I think it be spiders
Google LENS suggest it could be the web from caterpillars of the Ermine Moth.
