Drove back from a super weekend in Kent with sister and all her family. Hannah and the girls drove down as well so a super gathering.
On my way down I did a detour to Ramsgate to see very long time Bedford friends who moved there about 3 years ago. Was very impressed by Ramsgate itself – well worth spending more time there and was super to catch up with them as well.
Spent a couple of hours this afternoon stretching my over-cramped body in my back field digging up big thistles and cutting long brambles out of the hedge. Zola was happy to supervise – she had a lovely time with Phil and met up with various members of his family as well.
