I decided to dig out the mud whilst it is soft (from all the rain) and fill the space with some spare concrete slabs that were lurking near the woodshed
But it’s good enough for me and I had the clerk of the works supervising
I set myself a task today

Well done. That clerk of works (or his double) was inspecting me yesterday cutting down dead stuff in my front garden. He was missing while I was in the same area this afternoon pruning the buddleia etc. now I know where he was!!
