A simple fruit pudding with any fruit.
Melt 4oz marg 1 beaten egg 4oz SR flour 4oz caster sugar (less if fruit is sweet)
Mix to a batter in a pan.
Grease and line small tin put fruit in first 3/4 fill with fruit pour thick batter on top bake until firm. The batter will mound itself dmroybd the fruit.
Plum Crumble – Plum Turnovers , ready made puff squares from KK or KP some plum jam for lining, slices plums fold in or over ends to meet in middle, light sprinkling casetr sugar on top.
