A new recipe – crazily simple and vegan

Lentil wraps. Just two ingredients (plus flavourings according to taste)

Just half a cup of red lentils soaked in one cup of water. Leave overnight or at least three plus hours. I then changed the water but some recipes don’t. I used a stick blender to make a thick batter. Heated a non stick pan – hot! No oil. Poured in a spoonful and swirled in the pan to make a circle. Cook on one side using a spatula to loosen the edges and then flip and cook on the other side. Truly delicious and ridiculously simple. My kind of recipe.
