I was taking a bale of straw from the sheep barn to the chicken barn and the sheep were watching me. Most have enough respect to give me a wide berth but dear little Poddy (tame and fearless) followed me out of the gate and ran into the vegetable garden

She gave me a complete run around the garden and I resorted to bribery with a bowl of sheep nuts, slowly leading her back through the gate. She’s a match for Naughty Nigel! Sometimes I wonder who is in charge at The Gables
