Daughter took home Gables beetroots yesterday and she bought some small cucumbers from a local Polish shop near where she lives. Tonight she impressed us with this photo

I had bought a “wonky” 1 kg bag of carrots from Sainsbury, Biggleswade, on the way home from London this afternoon – they only cost 30p. Inspired by daughter I found a recipe on the internet, filled two jars with the ingredients and will taste them tomorrow.
