The warm weather and sunshine had fooled the wasp into thinking that it was spring and not still winter. This evening the wasp was still crawling slowly along the kitchen floor. Click below

It is a queen wasp. Unless you want an invasion this summer and probable damage to your bee colony I would destroy her.
