    • Gonna stew some black currants for a minute or two with some sugar and eat with cream
      I made raspberry jam this morning and will make black currant jam this evening

  1. Please can you save/freeze me a small punnet of blackcurrants? Lots of recipes in Landscape magazine – eg blackcurrant scones etc – they have to be better than the spicy chilli tomato soup (not spicey and too much bread soaked in it – got thumbs down from DMF & our guests last weekend) & peach soup – ditto from same magazine.
