After a six month hiatus we have restarted Tai Chi in the barn and our very patient teacher, John, is giving us another chance to learn the Tai Chi forms. One of the group, Heather (wearing a big smile on the right of the photograph), became a grandmother again today with a baby girl born to her son and daughter in law.  What a great way to start the week with the sun shining, Tai Chi exercises and the arrival of a new life.
