The cauliflowers keep on coming so we have eaten them as a side vegetable, as cauliflower cheese and now as a salad with vinaigrette and olives.

There is only so much raspberry jam that I can make in one day so this morning I took two sticks of rhubarb and two pounds of raspberries and made a crumble.
And as Jeremy lifts and dries the garlics and onions I continue to plait them as best I can and then hang them from hooks in the field shelter. Plenty more plaiting to do today and for the next couple of weeks. All I need now is a bicycle and a beret!
