I asked John if he would teach the Tai Chi class in the courtyard today as the sunshine was warm and inviting.  It felt good to move in the fresh air with the ducks quacking (or laughing?) in the background and birds flying and singing overhead.  Then our lovely Postie arrived with a parcel and was somewhat surprised to see us practising our Tai Chi forms as he tried to find a place to leave our package!
