The artichokes have kept flowering all through the winter and now they are producing more and more heads as the sun begins to shine. The leeks have been my winter store cupboard and are even now providing lovely green and white stems for soups and leek bake.  The peppers do NOT come from our garden but there are pepper seedlings in the polytunnel which will be planted in the greenhouse and tunnel as the weather improves.
