My favourite Pesach biscuits

A recipe from Rebbetzin Sacks in a well thumbed book that is falling to pieces but still cherished  – makes my favourite biscuits.  Ground almonds, potato flour,  vanilla sugar, Tomar and fine matzo meal. Mix together and place walnut sized pieces on a tray and bake for fifteen minutes …..and then decide to make some more!
