The birdfeeder outside the kitchen window provides non stop entertainment for me as I wash up the dishes. All we have to provide are peanuts and sunflower seeds and the birds come and snack, oblivious to my mundane activity behind the glass window.

I spend a fortune on peanuts for the badgers. Not to mention sultanas and Lidl’s seeded wholemeal. It makes my evening to see a cete of 3 or 4 munching away. Nice to have time to stand and stare.
