We have put “baby duck” in the enclosure with the “gang of seven” ducklings.  A little pecking and a bit of isolation but so far (in the last hour) no serious injuries.  The real test will be at bedtime when they are closed into the duck house.  Will I sleep tonight or be up and down and outside to check on baby’s fate?
