Autumn rain and grey skies but there are plenty of dried beans

The Borlotti beans have finished drying in the airing cupboard and now sit on the kitchen shelves ready to add to warming winter soups and stews.

Hope you enjoyed your wet walk today – never knew borlotti beans grew, thought they came in tins from Waitrose!
