The freezers are full to bursting and Jeremy has begun to plant onion sets for harvesting next year. The cycle at The Gables begins again but there are changes all the time, new animals, new varieties of seeds to sow, new ponds and raised beds to dig and create.

if you haven’t visited yet do come and see us.  If you have spent time here then do join us again.

Wishing friends and family a sweet and healthy and peaceful New Year.
