Even I can’t keep up with the lettuces ( I eat one or two a day) but the quantity of salads is overtaking my appetite.
Craig and his son, Douglas, have done a brilliant job today and we can begin to see the bedrooms and bathrooms in which we hope to put up friends and family. Not long now. Book your places and don’t forget to bring a bottle of whiskey with you and a spade and fork.
