Filthy but happy

I’ve scraped away at weeds growing in between the paving stones (on my hands and knees)
Then using the jet sprayer I’ve removed most of the remnants to produce a clean pergola
It’s not perfect but it will do until the next time. My clothes are all in the washing machine and ….

I’m about to (with the aid of modern technology) join a baby naming ceremony in Dubai. That’s about the only way I’ll ever visit the country. Clever innit!

Purple haze in my ……barn

Special lights help plants grow inside before they are ready to put outside
The scarecrows came out of winter hibernation – pigeons keep off, I want the purple sprouting
Out come the hanging baskets
A few pink primulas (bought en route to seeing mum) perk up the pergola
Daisies blooming in the front lawn. Very early
