My favourite Passover biscuits – the only ones I eat!

I just made a batch of them and also chocolate chip biscuits. These are cooling on the tack but I’ve already eaten one!

The recipe is in an old book and was put in the collection by rebbetzin Sacks. Thank you.

In the garden there is an abundance of rhubarb

After all the main course cooking I came to my favourite part……

Baking. Matzo rolls and my new invention Pesach chocolate chip cookies

Like rolls but made with Matzo meal, oil, egg, water, salt and sugar

Made with oil, sugar, fine matzo meal, egg and chocolate chips. They look ok. Hope they taste good
