The blackbird recovered and found renewed strength. We opened the run and she flew off. Hooray! Anyone know who owns the pigeon ?????

And since she’s retired she has followed her artistic leanings and makes fabulous enamel jewellery and pots

Is she dehydrated or does she have a damaged wing? We have put her in a run near the pergola to kept her out of the way of the cats!

I’ve picked some this morning and added them to the fruit platter for our guests tonight
