The rain stopped, the sun appeared and much else besides

A walk during the break in the weather
Back home there is much to admire such as these artichoke flowers and
A handful of late raspberries and
Some strawberries that may ripen if the warm weather continues and
More and more tomatoes and
A cuddle with Poddy
Such a beauty and
A mutual grooming session with Nigel. I stroke him and he licks my other hand and
Five new chicks have hatched!

Nigel in trouble again!

I left both cats in the kitchen whilst we took advantage of the break in the weather to have a cuppa outside

When I opened the kitchen I saw this dish cover on the floor

It’s the cover to the
Butter dish and Nigel was enjoying the contents!

Then I walked over to the sink to wash the dish and found this on the floor

With a big bite in it
One of several cucumbers that J brought in this morning . Most cats DON’T like cucumbers but Nigel is the exception
