One of the visitors helped Jeremy with the animals this morning. She and I then went to see the goats and gave them handfuls of leaves – they love them.

He then makes ricotta cheese from the whey. He collects and freezes the ricotta snd then makes a delicious cheese cake either ricotta, sugar and eggs
Three of our visitors are going on an outing to Olney today with a friend of ours – and the sun is shining.
