Enjoying the lambs while they are still young enough (just about) to cuddle and feed
The lambs are gently being weaned
I am giving them daily sheep pellets and they wolf (!) them down
The rest is made up with lamb formula powder which is mixed with warm water. Thanks goats.
I was typing at my desk when Nigel turned up to distract me
Wet weather but the temperature is rising and the tulips are opening

Non stop rain and the sheep are staying dry in the barn
When I bottle feed GeeGee, Dotty and Dominica dear mother Poddy remembers that two years ago she was bottle fed and tries to get in on the act!
When I opened up the chicken houses some of the birds came out, felt the rain and turned around and went back inside. I don’t blame them.

We moved the aggressor into the paddock run with three hens
And we moved the Duke and Duchess of (Light) Sussex from the paddock back to their old home in the orchard
We hope that everyone will now settle down peacefully
