My new favourite bake

CRACKERS -easy peasy

These sprinkled with black sesame seeds

And these with white.

Perfect to dip in hummus or sour cream or top with egg mayo or cheese. Very moreish ( think I’ll roll them out even thinner next time).

Pheasants everywhere

I looked out the bedroom window this morning and counted 8 hen pheasants milling around the sheep
