Dress with mashed avocado, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic
Home grown courgettes cut into ribbons and dressed with lemon juice and olive oil and black sesame seeds

Many more dishes on the menu tonight. Courgette and tromboncino soup – cold with cream and chives. Leek bake, lentil Dahl, new potato salad and a green salad and young runner beans – hot with butter.
