The footpath through Strawberry Hill Farm

We drove to Knotting and parked outside the historic church of St Margaret of Antioch at Knotting Green

We walked back to Strawberry Hill Farm which is a large acreage of arable land that is being rewilded Google Strawberry Hill Farm for more about the project and its website and see link below

The church is a fascinating building

A grave inside the church with a salutary verse beneath
This is a medieval chandelier (adapted now for electric lights)

The church dates back to Saxon times (see the arch behind) although much of the existing building is 12th century with later additions in the 17th century and beyond. See notes below
