This “abracadabra” rose is blooming in the mild November weather. The nasturtiums continue to flower and the cosmos are putting on a last autumn display
Fantastic! What is the correct name of your Abracadbra rose (a rose by any other name would smell so sweet (or similar )? Would like to order one for the back garden. Our nasturtiums doing well in beds too. Just been cleaning indoor plants’ leaves, orchids looking dusty.
If on your next visit to your large garden centre (;near Black Cat roundabout) should they sell plant shine wipes ( a thing of the past) please let me know, as can’t find them locally (will look on line too) as only spray shine found here. Thanks.
Crazy warm weather, isn’t it! I saw a happy worker wasp flying around today -by November they are either very sleepy or have died off!
Might be warm but I am not yet used to these horrid dark afternoons. Was up at Hannah’s yesterday helping with their November open day. I left there at 3.30 but because it was drizzly and thick cloud all the light had gone by 5 when I got home – so was inspecting the cows with a head torch on!

Crazily warm. Hardly saw a wasp at all this year and so few butterflies. Those poor folk in spain. They are angry with their king and the government – but other than earlier warning what country have done?
