The snow and ice have melted

It’s a grey, warmish day as I take my afternoon stroll across the fields
The beehives have been moved further away from the vegetable garden. I hope that next year I will be able to garden undisturbed. I promise to leave the bees alone if they leave me be!

On the way home I went into the paddock to cuddle the goats. Billy is still nervous but I’m hopeful that he will learn to trust us eventually

Nigel greeted me under the pergola by jumping into my lap
