Another way to use a surplus of rhubarb and strawberries
Stew red rhubarb with sugar then add frozen red currants and blackcurrants (in the freezer from last year’s crop) then throw in fresh strawberries and warm through. Put into containers snd freeze to be eaten in the depths of winter
