I watered it regularly and soon a shoot appeared. J said it was a tomato plant. I hoped it was a cherry tree seedling. He was right and I was wrong. After a while it needed to be repotted and moved to the lounge and two weeks ago repotted again.

I also took some seeds from a shop bought sweet pepper and put them in pots. I didn’t think they would germinate but today there are signs of life with more pushing through.
