Three weeks ago a little girl aged 4 came to visit The Gables with her daddy, brother, Aunty and cousins. She took a great interest in everything she saw, especially the animals. When she returned home she sat down to draw and write a thank you card which we received today. What a delightful child and what good manners. I was always taught to write a thank you card and I am pleased to see that the tradition continues. It can even be via email these days.
