What a “busy” day

Chris collected 28 eggs to take to a local Primary school where his daughter in law works. They will put the eggs under a broody hen or in an incubator and the children will be able to wait and then watch chicks hatching

Down in the vineyard our new residents needed to be moved to their new residence

I said that I wouldn’t help – but that was before they arrived. Thanks to friend Kate I have her old beekeeping suit and on it went
The bees are now in their new hive
