A sunny, cold afternoon

Perfect for weeding the raised beds and spotting bright red ladybirds – plenty about.

The cherry blossom is starting to show

Another hen went broody and is sitting on two goose eggs in her own “broody house”

The sheep have been moved around the field and are enjoying the fresh grass

Pinky and her twins

I need to restock the freezers with some cakes and jam tarts.

Ready to go into a preheated oven

And to top it all the dentist was pleased with me this morning – I did stop eating sweets during the first lockdown as I was worried about losing teeth or needing fillings when dentists were closed. That seems a long time ago now as we begin to open up and to live with “the virus”.
