Bubble and Squeak – my first attempt and it’s simple and easy and we have all the ingredients

Cabbage from the garden, shredded and cooked

Mixed with mashed potatoes and a finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and butter

Then fried in a pan

And eaten with scrambled eggs and a green salad.
