The sun is shining and happy lambs are skipping and gambolling in the field
Gambolling is such an “old fashioned” word from another time and place. When I read the grandchildren some of our favourite childhood books the word “gay” often appears and 11 year old grandson winces and tries to remember what grandma told him about the original use of the word!
