Whippets, greyhounds, a baby and a lamb

On our walk we were accompanied by our “mascot baby” smiling and gurgling and enjoying the fresh air.

We met a man with two whippets and a small greyhound. All rescue dogs.
The latest rescue whippet had been kept (by its previous owner) in a cage for two years! No wonder it was nervous.

Back at The Gables it was time to bottle feed a lamb. Domino is having trouble producing milk this year. Probably (according to Farmer Rob) an infection from last year that has hardened her udder.
