The “great conjunction” begins. Don’t miss it!

Tomorrow evening the planets of Saturn and Jupiter will appear closer than they have in 800 years. The alignment is also called a Christmas “kiss”. At its brightest an hour after sunset on 21st December, low in the south west night sky.

It might be that the Star of Bethlehem that guided the three wise men was also a great conjunction. Let’s hope the sky remains clear tomorrow.
