Early morning weeding in the “new garden”.

J and grandson planted potatoes and J and I planted runner beans and leeks in the first section of the “new veg patch”.

We have eaten some of the potatoes but there are plenty more to come
Then J put out spare squash plants further along and they are doing well in the soft, virgin soil
